I actually typed \’tale\’ in the title of this post and had to correct myself. Deary me. So I\’ve sculpted her. I accidentally sculpted and baked her with the tail wires in place then realised that there was no way for me to attach the fusible film to the wires so I had to carve the [...] That\’s right, they do. I\’ve managed to sculpt the body for that little head I made and now I have to make a mermaid fin. Hmm. It\’s proving to be a right pain in the arse. I have this stuff called Fantasy Film, which is basically fancy cellophane. You stick wires to it, then heat [...] I\’m thinking of purchasing an old coolpix 3200 or 4800 from ebay. I used to have a 3200 but replaced it with my canon powershot a720is. I gave the coolpix to my sister. I\’m not happy with my photos of elrond so I\’m thinking I will print out a gradient background, try setting up the photo [...] Remember that head? Well I painted her a while back to see how she would look. She turned out ok, but now I need to make her a body, which kinda blows because the head is 3cm in length so the body will need quite a bit of clay… which isn\’t cheap. I\’m thinking I might work [...] I quickly narrowed the bridge of the nose of my sculpt slightly, smoothed her out and baked her. I threw some hair over the top of her so you can see what she\’d look like if she had a full head of it. Now I have to try making a smaller one for my brother. Well actually I do give a shit because it\’s giving me the shits. I was going to say \’literally giving me the shits\’ then realised what that entailed. I swear I have figured out the four words but entering them as a url does NOTHING. Hopefully tomorrow\’s clue will shed some light on what one is supposed [...] Well I had a good one, hopefully y\’all did too. Went to a friends bbq housewarming on Saturday, good times. I managed to flick a piece of chicken at one of my friends during the course of the evening. I believe that makes the night a huge success. Seriously though it was just a plastic fork [...] Going out tonight to a friends house for bbq. Fun times. Probably won\’t be able to stay late because we have to bring Ava along. You get that. Tomorrow night we are going next door for dinner. Our neighbour is making a singapore dish and I am going to make slow roasted lamb shanks.
